THIS ABSOLUTE RARE AUSTRALIAN PICTURE SLEEVE OF THE 45 FOR:

"GENE VINCENT" OF "BE- BOP-A-LULA/ WOMAN LOVE" IS NOW FOR SALE.

THE RECORD IS ON CAPITOL CP-1092 AND IF YOU LOOK AT THE SLEEVE IT HAS THE SAME NUMBER ON THE TRHS.THE SLEEVE HAS ORIGINATED FROM THE USA BUT BEEN ADAPTED.

ONLY A HANDFUL OF THESE ARE KNOWN TO EXIST HERE IN AUSTRALIA.

THE SONG BE-BOP-A-LULA WAS A MAJOR HIT HERE BUT ON A 78 NOT THE 45.

WELL KNOWN ROCKABILLY HISTORIAN KEN PERKINS SAYS HE BELIEVES THIS WAS A PROMO FOR RADIO STATIONS BUT NOT SURE.

THE SLEEVE IS INTACT WHICH IS AMAZING SEEING IT IS SO FLIMSY. (REFER SCANS) BOTH SIDES ARE LOOSE BUT I HAVE NOT TRIED TO REPAIR THEM AS I WILL LEAVE THAT TO THE WINNER IF THIS SELLS. 

THE RECORD HAS SOME WARP ON THE START WHICH DOES NOT EFFECT PLAY BUT THE RECORD IS IRRELEVANT HERE AS IT IS THE PICTURE SLEEVE WHICH WE ARE TALKING ABOUT.

Their perceived appearance.

Their sound quality and then combine them for an overall grading.

If they are in their original sleeve as in some cases these are just as hard to find as the records such as Leedon, Down Under, Teen, Viking, Top Rank, London paper,Coronet etc etc .

My knowledge, if any, of the records rarity.

I use the English Record Collectors Magazines Guidelines for gradings as this appears to be the generally accepted term of reference with variances to + or minus.

Please check my feedback if you have any doubts about my gradings.

I expect Australian and New Zealand winners to pay within 8 days and overseas winners to pay within 21 days.

For Overseas winners I do prefer Paypal in US Dollars only.
