DETAILED CONDITION:

GATEFOLD SLEEVE : Textured inside and out.  No marks, No stains - Superb.  There are one or two minor rubs at corners and maybe the bottom edge (see pictures) but all edges, corners and the spine are straight/sharp.  Very clean inside:   EXC+

RECORD SLEEVE : Plain white, slight brown age stains, small seam split. VG+

LYRIC INSERT: No marks, creases or tears, looks new: EX+ to NM

VINYL  (I do not have a record player so comments are made on visual only.)

SIDE ONE: There are a few fine surface hairlines most noticeable in the lead in and runout.  There are only about four scuffs/scratches which I can see and they do not appear to be deep.  The longest scuff (unfortunately) goes across all tracks.  Side 1 is otherwise clean and shiny.  VG+

SIDE TWO: a few light surface hairlines and one or two very light scuff marks.   Clean and shiny.  VG+ to EXC

LABELS:   Apart from very light spindle marks (under light) both labels are very clean: EXC
