Condition: Record = EX+   Cover/Sleeve = VG++

Comments: This is a difficult single to grade, but it's a beautiful copy and I'll do my best to describe it carefully. At first glance under normal light, the record looks to be in excellent condition, close to near mint with one scratch and a scuff mark on the A-side, but no visible signs of wear on the B-side. In fact, I would almost say that the B-side looks unplayed! However, upon closer inspection (viewed under bright light), you can see a few light marks on the A-side and possibly one or two faint marks on the B-side, though you do need to look closely, to be able to see them (especially those that appear on the B-side!). Labels are clean and bright, although there is a little spindle wear close to the centre on the B-side, evidence that the record has been played, but none on the A-side. I don't think the B-side has been played. Now onto the sleeve; I have graded it VG++, but apart from a little light creasing, some ring-wear and a tear, there isn't much wrong with it. Considering how rare this single is, the sleeve, made from thin paper, is fabulous! I managed to obtain this single recently, but it's the only one I could get. I don't think I'll ever be offered this single again, at least not in such great condition. A real-one off?
