Description

LABEL: CHARISMA

LABEL no.: CAS 1020

COVER: VG++.  Gatefold cover is solid and very clean, printed by E. J. Day Group, London.  

VINYL: VG++. Super shiny and clean, couple of faint, very light paper scuffs, speck of noise at times. 

LABEL CONDITION: Famous Charisma pink scroll labels are clean with some spindle marks.

MONO/STEREO: STEREO

COMMENTS: UK original album. By the time of this 2nd album from Genesis, they had been touring the UK for several months.  They recorded the album at Trident Studios in London, during July of 1970, and released it shortly later.  The drummer was John Mayhew, but he left after the recording and Phil Collins joined!!!  A brilliant early prog album, highlighted by the track, The Knife!!!   A VERY NICE, hard to find UK pressing on the original pink scroll Charisma label!!!

ALL my vinyl is visually graded and then PLAY graded on a REGA P3 turntable, through a McINTOSH MA6300 Integrated Amplifier which pushes (4) original JBL Century 100 speakers!!!

 

I clean all my records with a PROFESSIONAL Nitty Gritty record cleaning machine and pack ALL records carefully!!   FIRST, the records are cleaned, then placed in the inner sleeve outside of the record cover and inserted into a clear plastic outer record sleeve. SECOND, albums are bubble wrapped for safety and mailed in a STRONG cardboard record mailer box!!
