On offer here is a very rare Box Set (especially in this condition!!!!) by George Harrison called 'All Things Must Pass' and is an ORIGINAL UK 1970 1st pressing on the 1st Press Apple labels!!!! THIS 3/LP BOX SET IS SERIOUSLY RARE AND VIRTUALLY IMPOSSIBLE TO FIND!!!!  BUT THIS ONE IS THE 'EARLIEST' AND RAREST 1ST PRESSING YOU CAN POSSIBLY FIND AND HAS SOME AMAZING DIFFERENCES WHEN COMPARED TO ALL LATER PRESSINGS!!!!  IT EVEN HAS AN EXTRA SPECIALLY MADE INSERT THAT ONLY EVER CAME WITH THE FIRST FEW HUNDRED PRESSINGS EVER (I WILL EXPLAIN THIS FURTHER BELOW)!!!!  BEFORE I GET TO THIS 'EXTRA SPECIAL' RARITY - I WILL EXPLAIN WHAT MAKES THIS LP A 'TRUE' 1ST PRESSING!!!!  FIRSTLY IT HAS UK 1ST PRESSED RECORDS WITH 1U MATRIX ENDINGS TO EVERY SIDE (LATER ONES DONT)!!!!  SECONDLY IT HAS 'TEXTURED' 'COLOURED' INNER SLEEVES WITH THE SAME COLOUR ON THE INSIDE OF THE INNERS AS THE OUTSIDE (LATER ONES ARE WHITE INSIDE)!!!!  THIRDLY THE 'FULL SIZE' POSTER HAS 'MADE IN GT BRITAIN' PRINTED IN ONE CORNER, AND HAS A LIGHTLY TEXTURED 'MATT' FINISH (LATER ONES WERE 'GLOSSY' AND USUALLY NOT MADE IN GT BRITAIN).  AND LASTLY AND MOST IMPORTANTLY - THE OUTER BOX COVER IS THE 'EARLIEST POSSIBLE' AND HAS SOME AMAZING DIFFERENCES TO ALL LATER PRESSINGS!!!!  LIKE ANY GENIUNE 1ST PRESSING OF THIS LP IT IS 'MADE IN GT BRITAIN' AND IS FAR LARGER THAN THE LATER THINNER 'U.S.' COVERS THAT FOLLOWED!!!!  HOWEVER THIS IS NOT THE ONLY DIFFERENCE!!!!  THE COVER HAS A HEAVILY 'TEXTURED' TEXTURED FINISH TO THE BLACK PART OF THE COVER (LATER 'GT BRITAIN' COVERS DONT).   BUT THE REAL DIFFERENCE THAT IDENTIFIES THIS COVER AS ONE OF THE 'EARLIEST' 1ST PRESSINGS EVER IS THAT IT HAS A PLAIN WHITE BOTTOM TO THE INSIDE OF THE 'BOX SET' (LATER ONES ARE ORANGE)!!!!  AND THIS TIES IN PERFECTLY WITH THE 'EXTRA INSERT' I MENTIONED EARLIER!!!!  WHEN THIS BOX SET WAS FIRST CONCIEVED THE IDEA WAS TO HAVE A PLAIN BOTTOM TO THE INSIDE OF THE COVER, AND THEN TO COVER THIS WITH AN 'EXTRA' STIFFENER INSERT WHICH WAS PERFECTLY COLOURED IN ORANGE ON ONE SIDE TO MATCH THE INSIDE LEFT HAND OPENING SIDE OF THE COVER (IT WAS ALSO DESIGNED TO 'FILL' THE COVER TO STOP MOVEMENT)!!!!  IF YOU LOOK AT MY PICTURES - YOU WILL SEE EXACTLY WHAT I MEAN!!!!  HOWEVER THIS IDEA WAS IMMEDIATELY DROPPED (DUE TO TIME & PRODUCTION COSTS) AND IT WAS DECIDED TO LINE THE BOTTOM OF THE INSIDE OF ALL LATER BOX SETS IN ORANGE (WHICH ELIMATED THE NEED FOR THE INSERT)!!!!  NATURALLY THOSE LATER PRESSINGS DO NOT HAVE THIS SPECIALLY MADE 'ORANGE' INSERT!!!!  I WAS WELL INFORMED BY AN EX-EMI EMPLOYEE THAT QUITE LITERALLY ONLY A FEW HUNDRED WERE EVER PRESSED LIKE THIS - BEFORE THE CHANGE WAS MADE, AND THE 'ORANGE' INSERT WAS DROPPED!!!!  SO HAVE NO DOUBT THAT THIS IS THE RAREST AND 'EARLIEST' 1ST PRESSING OF THIS AMAZING BOX SET EVER AND IS SIMPLY IMPOSSIBLE TO FIND LIKE THIS!!!!  IT IS ALSO WORTH MENTIONING - THAT EVEN THE TINY FRACTION OF 'EARLIEST' 1ST PRESSINGS THAT DID ORIGINALLY HAVE THIS INSERT WOULD HAVE LOST IT OVER THE YEARS - WHICH MAKES THIS BOX SET EVEN RARER STILL!!!!  NOT ONLY THAT BUT THIS BOX SET IS IN STUNNING CONDITION AND IS SERIOUSLY RARE LIKE THIS!!!!  THIS IS THE ORIGINAL 1970 UK 1ST PRESSING ON THE 1ST PRESS APPLE LABELS, 1ST PRESS 1U MATRIX ENDINGS TO ALL SIDES, 1ST PRESS 'TEXTURED' INNERS, 1ST PRESS 'FULL SIZE' COLOUR POSTER, ULTRA RARE 'EARLIEST' 1ST PRESS ORANGE 'STIFFENER' INSERT,  AND 'EARLIEST' 1ST PRESS 'GT BRITAIN' TEXTURED OUTER BOX!!!!  THIS BOX SET IS SERIOUSLY RARE AND VIRTUALLY IMPOSSIBLE TO FIND LIKE THIS - SO DONT MISS OUT ON THIS AMAZING OPPORTUNITY!!!!  This is the ORIGINAL 1970 Apple UK 1st Pressing and is in STUNNING condition!!!! The Cat. No is STCH 639 on the ORIGINAL 1st Press Apple labels (see picture) and is a UK Stereo 1st pressing!!!!

The record labels to ALL records are in AWESOME condition (see pictures) with NO writing, NO wear, and barely ANY spindle marks AT ALL!!!! On a couple of the labels there is an absolutely TINY faint residue ONLY trace (NOT a tear, and NO wear of ANY kind), of where a TINY sticker may have been - but this is SO faint and IMPOSSIBLE to notice that it really isnt worth discussing.  AND IT IS VERY CLEAR THAT THESE RECORDS HAVE BARELY BEEN PLAYED AT ALL!!!! The vinyl to ALL records is in AWESOME condition!!!! Most of these Box Set LPs had been to a lot of wild parties and are usually found totally worn out, and almost unplayable. This one is NOT and ALL records have NO scratches, NO hairlines, and only a VERY few of the lightest paper scuffs only visible under light!!!!  In fact ALL sides are virtually AS NEW - apart from 1 ULTRA faint wispy scuffline (only visible under EXTREME light) on ONE SIDE ONLY - which is virtually IMPOSSIBLE to see and completely NON sounding!!!!  ITS AS SIMPLE AS THAT!!!!  ALL RECORDS STILL RETAIN THEIR ORIGINAL 'JUST PRESSED' LOOK AND LOOK AWESOME!!!! It is great to find that the playing of the records is as STUNNING as the visual!!!!  They play with NO pops, NO sticking, NO jumps, and barely ANY crackle AT ALL!!!!  The sound quality is simply AWESOME with NO distortion and NO groovewear either!!!!  ALL of the records MUST grade Excellent++ if not better!!!! WHAT AN AWESOME SET OF RECORDS!!!! Believe me these records are NOT overgraded in ANY way!!!! I use STRICT RC grading standards - it is not in my interest not to!!!! Brillant!!!! The records also come in their ORIGINAL 1st Press 'Textured' Coloured 'Lyric' Inner sleeves which are in SUPERB condition with NO splits, NO fraying, NO rips, NO tears, NO writing, and barely ANY creases AT ALL!!!!  The 'Lyric' inners MUST grade Excellent+ if not better!!!!  The 1st Press 'Full Size' Poster is in AMAZING condition and doesnt look to have EVER been removed from the cover!!!! The Poster must grade Excellent++++ if not MINT(Minus)!!!!  The ULTRA RARE 'Earliest' 1st Press Orange Stiffener Insert is in SUPERB condition!!!!  The 'Earliest' 1st Press 'Made In Gt Britain' Outer Box is in STUNNING condition!!!!  It still retains a PERFECT box shape and ALL the corners have NO splits and NO repairs!!!!  There is barely ANY edge wear AT ALL (only the VERY lightest rubbing possible - the black colour is 100% PERFECT with NO 'touching in'), NO spinal wear, barely ANY corner wear AT ALL (NOT through the colour), a PERFECT and UNDAMAGED 'hinge', NO writing, NO yellowing, and NO grubbyness!!!!  The front picture on the top of the box is in SUPERB condition with NO yellowing, NO grubbyness, only an absolutely TINY and INVISIBLE touch of rubbing in one corner (NOT a sticker tear), and NO writing!!!!  The cover even has its ORIGINAL Price Sticker in the top right corner!!!!  The 'Gold' spinal print is for the most part 100% PERFECT - with 'George Harrison/All Things Must Pass' part being AS NEW - and only the 'Apple' cat number at the very bottom of the spine has faded over the years (though the black colour is 100% PERFECT)!!!!   As you would expect - the inside of the box is also in absolutely SUPERB condition!!!!  I would also like to stress - that I have examined this Box Set 100% carefully and there is absolutely NO evidence of ANY repairs made to the inside OR the outside of the box in ANY respect!!!!  The Outer Box MUST grade FULL Excellent if not better and is EXTREMELY hard to find in this condition!!!!  THIS BOX SET IS SERIOUSLY RARE AND VIRTUALLY IMPOSSIBLE TO FIND LIKE THIS - SO DONT MISS OUT ON THIS AMAZING OPPORTUNITY!!!!
