GEORGE HARRISON / VARIOUS ARTISTS CONCERT FOR BANGLADESH UK 1st Pressing 1971 - APPLE STCX 3385 (3 x 12" LPs) In Custom printed cardboard box with lid. Contains 64 page custom printed colour brochure which was printed in USA
From the Concert recorded at Maddison Squre Gardens in August of 1971 and including performances by many great rock artists. The music was produced by George Harrison and Phil Spector.
There have been numerous issues of this classic performance - but this Original UK first issue from 1971 is highly sought after and this copy is still in great condition. Please see all descriptions and photos --- I am happy to provide further details if required
Cover has light handling wear on the surfaces and some very light stain marks - plus a couple of the corners and bottom tray edge have split under pressure. Other than that it is in very good condition for almost 47 years old
The 3 LPs are housed in original brown paper plain sleeves - these are excellent and no splits or tears - no creasing. Each label is unmarked and shows little or no spindle wear around the centre hole - very little usage.
Records are untested and whilst there are minimal scuffs under strong lighting - they remain in great condition and likely to play with very little deterioration of sound quality.
