The second and final pressing on the short lived Apple Subsidiary label Zapple Records.
Personally, I feel had this label continued it would have certainly showed some promise with what upcoming people were scheduled to appear!
However it wasn’t to be and Allen Klein shut it down!
This is a rarer second pressing of George’s Experimental Moog musings!
Released post July 1969, this edition retains the printed inner sleeve with the Patent number text which was not on the first issue printed inner!
This is one beautiful copy of this rare 1969 George Harrison experimental release!
THE COVER
Beautiful example , lovely laminate lustre , some slight record impression on both sides with a very sharp and Fully readable spine!
Excellent ++ , most would say near mint!
THE INNER SLEEVE
Most second pressings of Electronic Sound didn’t have a printed inner however some second pressings that have had the printed details one side and the patents blurb on the reverse unlike the first issue inner.
No splits , mild impression of the LP and some slight staining but otherwise Excellent +!
THE VINYL
A real beauty here and quite possibly has only had 1 play in its life!
Both sides have that beautiful lustre of a just pressed vinyl!
Both labels are perfect with that ZAPPLE running across the apple on both sides and obviously no “Sold in U.K. “ details on this second pressing!
As I pointed out , this second pressing is much rarer to find and is certainly one for the Apple/Zapple completists and you’ll be delighted with this one!
