Description
Featuring the hits Faith, I Want Your Sex, One More Try, Monkey, and Kissing a Fool. This is highly-sought first American pressing of the 1987 album (not one of the later pressings with slightly different artwork variation).
Fully play-tested: SIDE B is in VG+ condition. However, SIDE A grades as higher-end VG or lower-end VG+ due to a number of marks on the vinyl, resulting in a brief skip during Faith (see included video) and some light clicks during Father Figure. Beyond that, there are minor background crackles in some quieter moments, but never overwhelming the music. Note that this listing is priced accordingly due to the lower grading on the vinyl (a Near Mint copy sells for about double this price). Please do not purchase unless you are ok with some "vintage vinyl" element, not an audiophile experience.
The album jacket is in VG+ condition. It maintains excellent color and has no ring-wear, but there is some creasing near the spine and a few spots of edgewear.
The lyric/picture insert is in EXCELLENT condition.
The vinyl has been ultrasonically cleaned, handled with audiophile gloves (not hands), and stored and ships in an audiophile-quality anti-static inner sleeve. I also always store and ship albums in a protective 3 mil. plastic outer sleeve to keep these precious albums in excellent condition. This costs me a bit more, but it's worth it to ensure a high-quality record stays as pristine as possible.
Rest assured that you are buying this from a fellow fan who loves this album has fully listened to it and fairly graded (I'm only selling it because I have my own NM copy). I want to respect your purchase and make sure this awesome, rare record is appreciated by the next owner. Check out my listings for hundreds of other albums from the 1980s and 90s. I always combine shipping for only $1 extra per additional record. Please just add them to your cart and checkout all at once.
I always properly pack and ship records quickly (from Florida, usually within 1 business day).
Feel free to message me with any questions.
