This rare 7-inch 78 rpm recording was one of several versions. I'm not sure which date applies to this copy.  The numbers in the dead wax area are scribed:  582 is at the top (12 o'clock); D is at the bottom (6 o'clock) and the number 12 is at the  3 o'clock position.  The playing surface doesn't have any severe marks but there are scuffs and light marks.  There is color loss as well.  I haven't attempted to play this recording but I would guess that it would be marginal at best.
