Record: completely covered with light scratches and scuffs, no skips = VG

My grading system for 45s
record:
NM - nearly perfect record
VG+ - slight wear. slight scuffs. very light scratches. minimal noise
VG - light surface noise. light scratches deep enough to feel with finger nail
G/G+ - no skips. significant surface noise, scratches, groove wear
sleeve:
NM - no more than minor defects
VG+ - slight ring wear, turned up corners, slight seam split
VG - 2 or 3 of the following: writing, tape, stickers, seam splits
G/G+ - overwhelming seam splits, tape, writing, ring wear
