Description

GERRY McCLELLAND
South Wind & Spices
LP

Low start!.....NO Reserve!.....NO high priced ‘Buy It Now’.

Very sought-after album, recorded by this Belfast (Northern Ireland) born singer, who had sung in folk and jazz clubs. Twelve of her own compositions and one by Johnny Cash, one by A.Smith make up an album of jazzy, swinging pop, folk, ballads and beat-rock. A Christian-rock album that’s well worth a listen.

Gerry McClelland – Vocals with: Pat Lynn – Piano (all tracks) / Tony Hayes - Bass (a) / Jack Fallon – Bass (c) / Ron Prentice – Bass (b) / Ike Isaacs – Guitar (a,b) / Terry Walsh – Guitar (c)/ Bobbie Graham – Drums (all tracks) / Backing vocals by the band / Arrangements by Peter Bye.

Record in very good condition & plays fine with no problems. The ‘flipback’ sleeve has a little ring mark on the back, that’s all.

This is a Vinyl record. Note that most vinyl will have a little faint 'crackle'. I describe them as best I can but be aware all records may have a very occasional background.
