About This Record.  Here's another cool LP from my secret collection by a MONO wlp promo only copy of The Hobbits LP entitled Down to Middle Earth on USA Decca Records from 1968 in white label promotional format. What is really special about this LP, besides its blend of rock pop soul and prog for those who are not offended by ramptant subdued background fuzz guitar, this is your chance!

I offer full refund including shipping both ways (for USA and most foreign buyers who contact me with questions beforehand) in case for some wildly strange reason you might be unhappy with this purchase.  Comes hand-cleaned on my VPI 16.5 Record Cleaning machine and placed in a new dust-free sleeve for your grandchildren.  And two plastic sleeves for moisture protection (for you and me).

Cover Condition: Good The previous owner, or the lucky one before them, taped the spine and seams of this cool LP cover to make sure it would not  be damaged as we ventured into the 21st century.  So, . . now we are there, and I grade this Good although I support the decision of the prior owner.

Vinyl Condition: Nice EX/better mono only copy with light paper marks and minor DJ oops' that don't affect play much at all.  At least it sounds like they had a pretty good stylus still on their turntable on the one or two nights they played this!!

Inserts: Comes cleaned on my VPI Record Cleaning Machine and in a new innersleeve (so the old dust does not reattach!  OH my gosh!!.

Labels:  NM/EX white label mono promo . . .one side of the labels has a stylus scuff and other light wear, but if you look at my photos you can be the judge yourself!   (see photos of all labels)

Packaging.  I clean all vinyl on my V.P.I. Record Cleaning Machine and place it in a new innersleeve so the old dust does not reattach; but I also include the innersleeve that came with the LP if it is the original.  I separate the vinyl in its new sleeve after cleaning from the cover, and place the cover and the separately packed vinyl in at least one if not two plastic innersleeves that help protect against moisture damage during this cool records transition to your record collection.  I use sturdy carboard containers with real corners and pack with at least one insert stiffener, and I place neon stickers on the front and back of the package indicating “Do Not Bend” and “Fragile” to help facilitate a safe passage.

Shipping and Payment.  PayPal only.  I ship promptly worldwide; sometimes the automatic eBay invoice does not have accurate shipping if you buy more than one LP, so if you are unsure email me and ask for an invoice. . . . I will ship by any method you want.  But if you do not pay for protecting your purchase by requesting insurance, or expensive International Priority Mail, then please understand the record will be shipped at your own risk and not mine.  I offer full refund on this record including shipping both ways, unless you live outside North America in which case I will refund you shipping one way unless I made a mistake which I sometimes do because I am only human..  CALIFORNIA RESIDENTS:  Please add sales tax!
