“REVELATIONS – A Musical Anthology For Glastonbury Fayre” – 1972 – Revelation Enterprises REV 1, REV 2, REV 3 (Triple Set)

This is the original 1972 pressing of the Glastonbury Fayre Concert, on the Revelations label, which according to one source is one of the RAREST record labels! Another source stated that only the first 1000 TRIPLE-LPs were pressed with the Green, Red & White Labels – the rest were pressed with a Black Label. A total of only 5000 of these TRIPLE-LPs were ever pressed and it is estimated that only 200-300 of these survive, very few in COMPLETE condition, as this one is!

The Set Contains the following Items, described with their Condition:

3 LP’s - The Disc’s are Immaculate, they show No Visible Signs of Wear, No Visible Spindle Marks. As with the rest of this collection, the owner had his studio staff make a tape copy, then put it in storage.

1 Polyethylene Outer Cover – As you can see from the photo, it is in almost Pristine Condition! It was carefully cut open with a knife, so there are No Tears, No Holes. The Printing is in Excellent Condition, as Black and Sharp as the day it was made, showing only a couple of scuffed spots!

1 Record Cover – Poster Size with Six Panels that fold open to show a Full Color Photo of the Fayre Stage on one side and a Black & White Photo on the other. As you can see from the photo, it is in Excellent Condition! The folds show very slight cracking of the ink on close inspection.

4 Printed Inserts: All of these are in absolutely Pristine Condition!

a) 32 Page Photo Booklet Commemorating the Glastonbury Fayre

b) “The Electric Score” A 4 Page fold out Track Info Listing which opens to a Photo Spread of all the Performers

c) “Build a Pyramid Hat” A 2 page fold out with instructions on how make the Hat. Sections in Bright, Shiny, Silver ink.

d) Poster of “The Void” with “Dome Sweet Dome” on the reverse. A cut out model of a Geodesic Dome with Listings for further study!

This item is part of a collection from the estate of a former radio station manager. It has either never been played or played once under studio conditions to make a tape copy. The vinyl surfaces are in pristine condition; record jackets are in excellent condition.

All Records are packaged in new Cardboard RECORD Boxes with rigid cardboard pad inserts to protect edges. Disks are separated from sleeves and wrapped in plastic to prevent seam splitting and surface damage.
