Glauco Masetti - Jazz

Italian pressing, Cetra MLC 4331 (1964)

Very rare Italian library Lp on Cetra label from 1964, certainly pressed in less than 100 copies. Music mostly by Glauco Masetti, Franco Mojoli and Rossi Abner. Not any info known apart from a little mention on Zoli's book about Italian jazz.

Dreamy modern jazz session also featuring Glauco Masetti himself (Alto sax, Soprano sax), Gianni Basso (Tenor sax) and Renato Sellani (Piano). Side B is just 60's Italian modern jazz at its best, five unkown tracks including amazing hard bop numbers highlited by extraordinary solos, especially from the Trombone (Dino Piana?). Enjoy the long recorded soundclip! Very rare!

Cover: Plain white sleeve. Record has not been released with picture sleeve.
Record: Strong VG++, close to M- with just an audible pop on track "Slitta 3".
