Here's a mystery record by an NYC act that featured Tetsu Inoue as a minor member. No date printed on the label, but I found an ancient classified ad from January 1984 referring to At Last! as the band's "previous effort." I can't find any trace of anything else they might have released and this one seems to be exceedingly rare.
