-Includes original "one sheet" flyer that came with the record at time of original purchase
-Very sought-after green vinyl pressing, rumored that only 50 copies were pressed, 20 were sold and the remaining 30 copies were issued as promos to key press people.

Up for auction is a brand new, unplayed copy of Godfather Don's "Billy Bathgate" 12" green vinyl single released in 2009 on UK label, Diggers With Gratitude. The regular black vinyl release was limited to 300 copies but this particular clear green vinyl edition was only publicly made available hand-numbered to 20 customers at the time of its release. The remaining copies were sent to industry folks and blogs. This is one of those actual promo copies. I was fortunate enough to have obtained this piece in a record trade with a good fellow who got this record directly from the DWG folks. He said he never actually played the record because he had the songs as mp3's and did not want to put any wear on the record as it is a valuable collector's piece. I have adhered to the same mantra and have not played this record either since it came into my possession. Now is the time for someone else to be lucky enough to own this piece, so may the best bidder win. SHIPMENT TERMS:

• I ship worldwide via USPS only. Please note that if you are outside of the USA, your country may charge customs or VAT fees which are out of my control.
• Tracking is provided for all USA purchases and for most international shipments. If full tracking is unavailable in your country, you will be provided with a customs label number in which your local post can use to locate your shipment in the rare event a package happens to be mis-routed or takes an abnormal amount of delivery time.
• For USA customers, after your package has left my hands it normally takes about 4-10 business days for the shipment to arrive at your address. If you're in Canada, it will most likely take about 14 days. Europe, Japan, Australia and other countries will usually take 15-20 days. Delays can be caused by your country's customs department, so please be patient in the event there is a delay. All tracking/customs label numbers will show exactly when the package was handed to the USPS and as guaranteed in all my listings, I ship within 24 hours.

RETURNS:

• By placing a bid, you the buyer, are agreeing to the terms of our auction and the conditions presented. At the current time we do not have a return policy. However, if you conclude that the item is absolutely not as described and you felt that we were dishonest in any way (definitely not in our character), please use the 'Contact Seller' form before opening up a 'Not As Described' dispute or leaving negative feedback. We will work much faster to resolve your issue if you contact us direct; otherwise we allow eBay to use their automated system which can delay the process heavily. If an item is damaged during transit, we will assist thoroughly with USPS and/or your postal carrier to investigate and resolve the issue until the customer is fairly taken care of.
