This looks like it's a test pressing to test the ink prior to printing the labels.

It's a solid centre pressing and has the run off groove matrix codes: XDRF-36142-TI-1C and XDRF-36143-T1-2C

B side label has info for the ink and paper used, and also hand written on this label (hard to see) are the words "Bad No Heat"

THE VINYL IS GRADED AN EXCELLENT-, only very faint signs of use, very nice example and hard to better.
