GORDON LIGHTFOOT ("Gordie Lightfoot") - ADIOS, ADIOS (Nash-Lightfoot) b/w IS MY BABY BLUE TONIGHT? (Tracy-Handman) - President (British) PT-138. Disc is Near Mint Plus; Label is Near Mint.
Absolutely one of the rarest of all Lightfoot items, this pre-UA British 45 rpm single (his 4th single), released in 1962 on the President label, has been bootlegged on unauthorized LPs, CDs and tapes, but this 45 is the real deal. Originally pressed in very small numbers, the possibility of finding this or similar Lightfoot singles in any condition, puts this in the ‘extremely rare’ category. Item is in exceptional condition. All vinyl records from VinylKing46 are pre-cleaned and inserted into paper inner sleeves before being mailed to Buyer. Items are packed in bubble wrap prior to shipping.
