GORDON SMITH

Smith was from County Durham originally and had moved down to London in 1967. 

He was discovered busking in the Portobello Road and after a live appearance at the Blue Horizon club 

in Battersea, London, which was very well received, he was put in the studio to record demos 

the following day. Peter Green, Mick Fleetwood and John McVie, who were all members of Fleetwood Mac, 

appeared on various tracks on his now rare album and on his 45

"LONG OVERDUE"
