USA CONCERT HALL CHC 8 Red Vinyl MONO

MUSICIANS
GORDON STRING QUARTET

Recording was originally issued on 78 rpm in 1946 and was the FIRST recording ever made of this piece, now considered one of the masterpieces of 20th-century chamber music. This transfer from about 1951 was the first issue ever on LP.

CONSERVATIVE GRADING. Jacket  VG++ / Record VG++  The paper jacket is split along the stine and has damage at top flap. The vinyl has minor scuffing and only a few light scratches. Minor crackle is audible on playback but isn't too distracting. Side 1/2 labels are perfect.  Grade Scale:   Sealed / New,  NM,  VG++,  VG+  and  VG.
