(private, 1980)

Okay: Monster time for kiwi collectors! Along with Six Impossible Things, This is Heaven's "200 Variations" and Suburban Reptiles "Saturday Night" this is the most desirable early-80s NZ indie release. Self released by the band in 1980 it was to Christchurch what the big earthquake was to Napier: a complete shock! Loud and mean it shook the city awake and resulted in a good number of band formations! Later even the Flying Nun had the vision to reissue the 7" as a 12". And while even that is hard to tack down these days, this original 7" release is close to impossible to locate. This spare I found in a dirty book shop on the outskirts of Christchurch.

I'm selling a part of my collection to make room/cash for other purchases. So please see my other auctions for similar items and to save on postage!

CONDITION (I grade this rare item very conservative to avoid disappointment!)

Sleeve: VG+ (the cardboard sleeve shows clear signs of use and ringwear on back and front, the "e" and "k" in "future shock" have been colored in light blue magic marker - no split seam though. Has "Thru ACME" sticker on lower back)

Vinyl: VG+ (has a few marks and lines on both sides that result in some ticks in the quieter parts of
