Gougoush - RAREST ORIGINAL Iran LP Original Iranian LP on the Ahang Rooz label. The record is in NM condition APART from the last grooves of side B which have a pressing mistake. The sleeve is in EX condition.
No words needed to be said about Gougoush. She has always been the queen of Persian pop music spanning a carrer which she even visited styles like beat, psychedelia and funk. As the music scene in Iran was predominantly single-based even her LPs were not good sellers, hence, her LPs sooooo rarely come up. And in incredibly clean shape! Lots of beautiful melodies, her sweet dreamy voice, fantastic arrangements, sometimes funky sometimes psych'ish sounds intertwined with Persian melodies. Just top notch.
