Description
My eBay name is 'punky_music' and I'm a full-time record dealer since nearly 30 years
Hardcore classic from the States. Old eBay prices: $120 + $115 + $100 + $100 again. Only 1,000 records of this original first pressing in black vinyl were made....and only black vinyl pressings were born in 1982 (see label scan). As you know repressings in clear vinyl were released in 1983. Pressed on famous HC Punk label ‘Fountain Of Youth’ records (catalogue number F.O.Y. No. 4). Complete with photo/lyric sheet. The second 7“ release by GOVERNMENT ISSUE titled ‘Make An Effort’ EP. The tracks ‘No Way Out’ and ‘Twisted Views’ are very powerful torpedo fighters, topped with ‘loud’ vocals. ‘Teenager In A Box’ is aggressive snotpunk with sharp guitar riffs. Powerful straight edge hardcore in the vein of their first LP, intense guitars and vocals. Their power comes more from intensity than from speed, but nonetheless this is a great record; all four songs are memorable. Possibly their best release. [8]

Die G.I.s in Straight-Edge-Bestform (komplett mit Handrücken-Kreuzlein…), sehr kraftvoller Hardcore, der die meisten Edge-Kasper mühelos an die Wand drückt. Man legt mehr Wert auf Intensität als auf Tempo, schneidende Gitarren, schneidende Stimme… ein Klassiker.
Condition / Zustand: EX/EX plus soft hanlding wear (very clean, see scans, sehr gut erhalten)

Mailing / Versand: all records will be sent in plain white 7“ sleeves outside of the picture sleeves to avoid any seam splits (alle Platten werden in einer neutralen weißen 7“ Hülle außerhalb des Plattencovers verschickt, um Beschädigungen am Originalcover zu vermeiden). All records will be shipped in special record mailers. Two cardboard paddings (the best) will be used to avoid bending. Ebenso werden alle Platten entsprechend stabil in speziellen Schallplatten-Versandkartons mit zwei dicken Pappkartons verpackt.
Payment / Bezahlung: via PayPal. All orders outside Germany which exceed a value of €12 or £11 or $13 will only be sent by registered mail. This requires the buyer to pay an additional of €2,50 or £2.50 or $3.00. All winners from Italy must pay for registered mail. Deutsche bitte per Banküberweisung oder PayPal.
