SLEEVE CONDITION: MINT, SEALED. This is a factory sealed copy that has never been opened. Completely sealed in original shrink wrap. There is a 1 1/2" opening in the shrink on the front middle where the album inserts but no wear on the open part. On lower right edge there's a 1" indentation.
