This album came from the vaults at WLUP (The Loop 97.9) radio  station in Chicago  which has since closed a few years ago.
On the Grateful Dead record label and the record number is: GD-LA494-G stereo TERRA HAUTE PRESSING: Denoted by the stamped "T" in the dead wax runoff
The matrix numbers in the trail-off are:

  • Matrix / Runout (Side A, Etched, variant 1): T GD-LA-494-1-1

  The vinyl record is play graded at VG++ to Near Mint condition...  an excellent play! The labels are in excellent condition with no writing or any wear!
