Description

Beautiful copy of the Grateful Dead's 1969 double-live LP, Live/Dead on Warner Brothers green shield label 2WS-1830. This is for me, and for many, the all-time greatest rock album ever recorded of any time or place. Absolutely magical record in every way. And this lovely early copy sounds just majestic and glorious. There are maybe one or two very light sleeve scuffs but they don't affect the play at all. The whole thing plays nearly flawlessly and just beautifully. A couple of moments where you can hear very very faint background crackle if you listen really hard, but barely. A completely wonderful listen with no disturbance in the quiet parts or any real flaws. And it sounds so much better than the later beige label issue...  and the cover is also quite lovely with only light ringwear and maybe a touch of light edgewear. Overall a beautiful cover as well, for a top copy.
