Matrix : WS 1830 A2/B1/C1/D1    Issue : UK 1st Press !!!!

This is the UK 1st Press of 'Live/Dead' by The Grateful Dead. This original press is complete with the earliest A2/B1/C1/D1 matrix, orange Warner label and matt EJ Day gatefold sleeve.

The records are in Very Good+ condition. The vinyl on each side is very clean, with just a couple of very light marks and a few hairlines. The album sounds warm and clear. The 1st press orange Warner labels are completely clean. The orange is bold and the text is bright and unworn. There is only slight spindle wear. No writing or marks on the labels.

The EJ Day gatefold sleeve is in Very Good condition. The colours are vivid and the image is sharp and unworn. There is minimum corner, opening edge and absolutely NO ring wear. The inside images and text are superb. Tiny 10mm sticker on the rear corner - could be removed easily. The whole sleeve is in superb condition.
