ADDITIONAL 45RPM AUCTIONS:
Still looking for other 45rpms? I still have several thousand records (that I privately track on EXCEL data bases) for the following two categories of music: (1) 80's/90's ORIGINAL 45rpm records and/or picture sleeves that are visually in VG++ or better condition (some of the picture sleeves may be 1-2 grades lower IF they are being offered with
a higher grade record); and (2) 50's/60's REISSUE 45rpm records that are visually in near mint or mint condition....almost all of them are UNPLAYED. So keep checking this site and/or my JimsVinyAndSupplies Bay store (which is where my reissues go directly; and most of the unsold 50's/60's/70's material).

PRICE INCREASE INFORMATION:
Effective July 6th (2011), eBay has started charging Sellers a fee (i.e. 7.5% for Auction style items; and 12% for Fixed Rate style items) against any "Shipping and Handling" amount charged by the Seller at item closure! Under the disguise of trying to "provide Buyers with a lower purchase cost" (and "increase sells for the Seller"), this is eBay's latest push to get Sellers to use "Free Shipping" (which naturally will create a higher "Final Value Fee" for the Seller...it's called eBay profit). Electing to leave their "Shipping And Handling" rates visible to the Buyer, will mean that the Seller will be charged a new "Shipment and Handling Fee" (they want to use the same "Final Value Fee" title)...it's called eBay profit.

WHAT THIS MEANS TO MY BUYERS:  Obviously the above eBay rate change is 'transparent' to both the Buyer and Seller when a single item purchase is involved (because the low-dollar Seller will be forced to increase their previously requested purchase price by the amount of eBay's upcoming new "Shipping and Handling Fee"....which "Free Shipping" Sellers have been doing for years), but multi-purchase quantities (i.e. two or more items purchased at the same time) can involve an over-charge to the Buyer if "Free Shipping" is involved. So after careful and thorough analysis, I have decided (ONCE MORE) to reject eBay's latest pressure to adopt "Free Shipping"! MY REASONING: Because I continue to be blessed by nearly half of my Buyers with the fact that they purchase two or more items at one time, I have elected to continue to use "Combined Shipping" (even with its sometimes faulty system logic) as it is still the best choice for my customers! But yes, I must once again (the last time was in March 1970, when eBay last dramatically increased their rates) modestly raise my currently listed purchase prices by approximately $0.40 (per item) in order to help absorb eBay's new "Shipment and Handling Fee" (approximately $0.36 per item). . CONSOLIDATED SHIPMENT INFORMATION:  Although after two years of my (and probably others...) trying to detail their software calculation errors, eBay still hasn't fixed their program logic. Therefore, please note that it is in both of our best interests that PRIOR TO PAYING an eBay created invoice, you contact me for a combined shipment invoice IF: (1) You have or will have selected MORE THAN FIVE 45rpm single records; OR (2) you have or will have selected one of my 45rpm albums or extended play items that you want to combine with anything else; OR (3) you have or will have selected plastic or paper sleeves and you want to combine them with vinyl products. Once I see your email, it only takes me a minute of two to verify the probable package weight against the USPS website for their projected shipment costs. NOTE: If the actual costs (at the time of shipment) are still higher than I quoted to you, that's my problem; but if the actual costs (at the time of shipment) are more than a dollar lower, I will immediately process a PayPal dollar amount refund (except for gift cards, where PayPal has told me they can't process refunds) for the difference in costs. I MAKE NO ATTEMPT TO MAKE MONEY IN THIS AREA!     ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:  Joel Whitburn's "Top Pop Singles 1955-2002" Billboard research book reflects that the "A" side of this recording reached #09 during July 1987.

Those of you that have bought from me know that I am a VERY STRICT visual grader (BUT, I will happy to play grade it for you.....just ask BEFORE you bid), so don't let my vinyl and label descriptions worry you. THE FINE PRINT:
  • Unless you have some other understood arrangement with me, payment must be received within 10 days of end of auction.
  • Upon request, I will consolidate your multiple winning auction items for up to two weeks.  Consolidation considerations are also available for any wins you might have within my JimsEagleVending eBay site.
  • PayPal Instant Payments will cause your item(s) to ship the very next Monday, Wednesday, Friday or Saturday.....my normal days to drive down to the post office.
  • Feedback:  I try to issue Positive feedback immediately upon payment receipt.  Please do the same for me upon receipt of your record; and I would definitely appreciate your 5-star ratings within the "Detailed Seller Ratings" section.....keeping in my mind that my requested shipment rate involves a $0.65-$0.75 mailer (shipment rate from my vender is constantly being impacted by the bloody cost of gasoline) + the USPS shipment rate you see posted on your package!  I make NO deliberate attempt to make a profit from the "Shipment Charge" calculation!
