Description

Here is an extremely rare set of early reference acetates for Dookie, cut at Future Disc Systems in Hollywood on November 11, 1993--several months before the album's 1994 commercial release. The pair of one-sided discs contain all 15 tracks that appear on the issued LP, including the hidden track "All By Myself." (Note that the label on the second disc mistakenly lists "When I Come Around" twice.) Both discs are in excellent condition, very close to M- with a few wispy sleeve marks that do not affect play. Playback is quiet and excellent from start to finish on both. Includes the original cover with track info printed on it (see pic #4 above). The set comes directly from the collection of a former LA music industry professional, and is very likely to be one of just a few that were made. It is the only copy that has ever surfaced online.  Free secure shipping worldwide!
