Green On Red Two Bibles Chris Cacavas' organ drives the band's sound on this debut recording which pegged Green on Red as part of the Paisley Underground movement of L.A. bands devoted to '60s guitar rock. The swirling sound of "Death and Angels" and "Aspirin" sometimes recall the riffage of the Seeds and Love, thus the tag. But the band soon would shed its novice skin, so this EP turns out to be a neat curiousity. Recorded in 1981, it was a band release only and had a limited run of only 500 copies.
