Description
GREG QUILL & COUNTRY RADIO – FLEETWOOD PLAIN – Harvest SHVL 602.
Here’s a copy of the very hard to find first LP by GREG QUILL and his band COUNTRY RADIO released in 1970.
There is a PR0M0 sticker on one label. That’s about all PR0M0S got in Australia back then.
The band on this LP consists of Quill + Orlando Agostino (guitar) and Chris Blanchflower (mouth harp). The rest of the backing is provided by PIRANA (Graeme Thomson/Jim Yonge/Tony Hamilton/Stan White). Chris Duffy, Garry Greenwood and Dave Connor also play on the album.

The record is in VG++ condition. Some marks but nothing heavy. There is some light surface noise right at the end of track one and the start of track 2 on side one. Otherwise it plays EX. It has been graded visually and by playing the LP. It sounds clear and strong. The vinyl still has a nice sheen. The cover is VG+(+). Some storage wear (lighter on the front) and a small scuff in one top corner. There is a small light crease in the top corner and a couple of small surface creases.
A nice copy of a record 45 years old.

PLEASE NOTE THAT AUSTRALIA POST HAS CHANGED ITS POSTAGE DESCRIPTIONS. What was AIR MAIL is now called ECONOMY AIRMAIL. What was REGISTERED POST INTERNATIONAL is now called STANDARD AIR MAIL. This is more expensive than the old AIR MAIL. There have also been price rises which is probably the main reason for the changes. If you have any questions please contact me.
