Description
"Ballermann",rare double Lp by GROBSCHNITT from germany and released in 1974.This is the ORIGINAL FIRSTPRESSING on the "GREEN"-Brain Metronome label with the catnumber 2/1050.This pressing is very rare,you can see often the very common "Coloured-Brain"secondpressing,but this one turns not up so often!Both records are in NEAR MINT(M--,swol/M--,swol)condition,has just a few of the lightest surface hairlines whose are not audible.The fully laminated gatefoldcover shows just a bit light wear of age,otherwise it`s clean and beauty(M--).A small curiousity:This album was released in a time,where the later(From 1974 on)Brain-Metronome Lp´s are fitted with the lighter green "Brain"-label without the "Metronome"-text under the Brain,like this,but on one record they used the old label on one side(See scan).A nice mistake!A fantastic "Krautrocker",a lot of long tracks and shurely,with the over 33 minutes going highlight "Solar Music",one of the best Krautrock albums at all...............................
