On offer here is a very rare LP (especially in this condition!!!!) by The Groundhogs called 'Blues Obituary' and is a 1969 UK Original on the Liberty label!!!! THIS LP IS EXTREMELY RARE INDEED, AND VIRTUALLY IMPOSSIBLE TO FIND IN THIS AMAZING CONDITION!!!!   THIS LP IS PRESSED ON THE BLACK LIBERTY LABEL WHICH MEANS IT WAS PRESSED ONLY WEEKS AFTER RELEASE AND IS A VERY VERY EARLY PRESSING INDEED!!!!  BUT THE REAL RARITY WITH THIS LP IS ITS ABSOLUTELY AMAZING CONDITION!!!!  THE RECORD HAS CLEARLY ONLY EVER BEEN PLAYED JUST ONCE - AND BOTH THE RECORD & COVER ARE IN AWESOME CONDITION!!!!  THIS IS THE 1969 UK ORIGINAL ON THE BLACK LIBERTY LABEL, A/1 B/1 MATRIX ENDINGS, ORIGINAL INNER SLEEVE, AND 1ST PRESS 'MacNEILL' FULLY LAMINATED COVER!!!!  PLEASE NOTE - THIS IS A GENIUNE 1ST PRESS COVER - WITH 'PINCHED' ENDS TO THE SPINE (LATER ONES DONT HAVE THIS).  THIS LP IS VIRTUALLY IMPOSSIBLE TO FIND IN THIS AMAZING CONDITION - SO DONT MISS OUT ON THIS MEGA RARE OPPORTUNITY!!!!  This is the ORIGINAL UK pressing from 1969 and is in AWESOME condition!!!! The Cat. No is LBS 83253 on the ORIGINAL Black Liberty label (see picture) and is a UK Stereo 1st pressing!!!! 

The record labels are in AWESOME condition (see pictures) with NO wear, NO writing, and AMAZINGLY only 1 MEGA faint spindle mark!!!! IT IS VERY CLEAR THAT THIS RECORD HAS ONLY EVER BEEN PLAYED ONCE!!!! The vinyl is in AWESOME condition!!!! Most of these 60s/70s LPs had been to a lot of wild parties and are usually found totally worn out, and almost unplayable. This one is NOT and has NO scratches, NO hairlines, and only a VERY few of the lightest paper scuffs only visible under light!!!! ITS AS SIMPLE AS THAT!!!! THE RECORD STILL RETAINS ITS ORIGINAL 'JUST PRESSED' LOOK!!!! It is great to find that the playing of the record is as STUNNING as the visual!!!! It plays with NO pops, NO sticking, NO jumps, NO hiss and NO crackle!!!!  The sound quality is simply AWESOME with NO distortion and NO groovewear either!!!!  The record must grade Excellent++ if not better!!!! AWESOME RECORD!!!!  Believe me this record is NOT overgraded in ANY way!!!! I use STRICT RC grading standards - it is not in my interest not to!!!! Brillant!!!!  The record also comes in its ORIGINAL inner sleeve!!!!  The 1st Press FULLY Laminated Cover is in SUPERB condition!!!! It has NO edge wear, NO spinal wear, only VERY slight corner wear (NOT through the colour), STUNNING shiny laminate, only a VERY few light creases (cover is VERY flat looking), and NO writing!!!! The opening edge is beautifully straight with NO feathering!!!! Even the laminated back is in STUNNING condition with NO writing, NO grubbyness, and NO yellowing!!!!  The cover must grade Excellent+ if not better!!!!  THIS LP IS EXTREMELY HARD TO FIND IN THIS SUPERB CONDITION - SO DONT MISS OUT ON THIS MEGA RARE OPPORTUNITY!!!!
