Description
THE GROUNDHOGS 'Blues Obituary' 1969 Stereo UK Liberty LBS 83253 - This is the rare very first release (matrices: A1/ B1) with the black/spectrum coloured record label. - L.P. RECORD IN EX CONDITION - the record is in superb condition. It has not lost any of its original lustre, and would be mint if not for one faint hairline scratch on the A side - not audible and only noticeable under very bright light.
WITH ORIGINAL INNER SLEEVE AND COVER ALSO EX(+) (There is some minor creasing to the laminate on the sleeve and a tiny amount of wear on the corners, otherwise it really is a stunning copy)
This is a rare record but is even more unique due to being autographed by Tony (TS) McPhee (the lead guitarist/vocalist) which you can see on the additional pic., in the top left hand of the front cover. (I am also listing two other autographed Groundhogs originals this week-please email me if you are interested in the others as I would be prepared to sell all 3 at a reduced price) INCLUDES: B.D.D., Daze of the weak, (Please email for full track listing or more pics)
