Description

Hello everyone,
I have and will continue to list records over the coming months from my collection of some 60 years. Here, i have a Guilini recording on the Columbia label.
SAX 2405   Dvorak   New World  Symphony + Overture Carnaval
The record is dead flat, very black and shiny. Overall the play has a quiet background with only the very occasional, short  light crackle. However, on the first movement for a few seconds 8 light ticks- sooner than loud clicks, are heard. This is
repeated a couple of minutes later with 16 of the same. The dynamics are great and the music is played loudly, clearly and without any hint of distortion.
I listen on a Nottingham Hyperspace deck with a Hana SL cartridge and with all valve amplification. After investing in a the new cartridge with it's Shibata profile stylus I would recommend this to all. The stylus is very sympathetic as far as background
noise is concerned. A definite plus as far as classical music is concerned.
The record has been cleaned on a Pristine Vinyl ' ViVac RCM ' and will be placed in an anti static liner within the inner sleeve and the outer sleeve will be sheathed in a poly outer. The record will be bubble wrapped and dispatched in a purpose made
 cardboard record mailer.
Please feel free to ask questions or request further pictures.
If personal collection is preferred payment is by cash on collection, only, thank you.
Kind regards,
Brian.
