All records are graded to the Record Collector Guidelines, with extra information added as required when play tested. Also all photos above are of the exact record you will receive if purchased.
These records are in excellent+ condition. There are no obvious spindle marks on the labels and there are no pen marks, scuffs or fading anywhere. There is next to no wear around the centres and overall the labels are clean, bright and in superb condition.
As for the vinyl itself, all four sides have a lovely lustre and show nothing at all nasty, deep or serious. Sides 2, 3 and 4 show very little with nothing more than the most minor and faint sign of handling. Side 1 however has very light but more noticeable faint sleeve marks or long thin surface lines. These are not hugely noticeable unless angled into direct light but they are there. They are nothing at all serious and of course cannot be felt but are there and as a result of these minor lines on side 1 and the light signs of play to all sides I have graded at EX+.
I play tested both the records and they played really well with excellent audio throughout. The both lay flat on the deck with just the slightest hint of a 'raise' or 'bob' upon playing. This is only at a very minor fraction however and of course has no affect on play or the sound produced.
The audio is really nice throughout and would grade closer to near mint in my opinion. There are of course no skips, sticks or tics and next to no surface noise or interference. The near silent parts, are just this, near silent with no crackling or high levels of surface noise. The only thing I noted on all four sides combined was 2 light pops in the intro to side 2 and a fraction of surface noise in some parts of side 1. Overall it was a pleasure to play test and the audio produced would certainly match the EX+ visual grade.
The gatefold sleeve is in excellent+ condition. It has next to no wear or rubbing to the edges with the writing along the spine all clearly legible. There are no splits, scuffs or pen marks anywhere and overall it is clean, bright and in very nice condition. It does however have a faint ring mark to the rear and a hint of discolouring. There is also a very small(3mm) 'tear' or 'ding' to the rear top left corner area. Other than this there is also slight age related grubbiness or age spots showing inside the gatefold. The 'booklet' or info page is securely attached and has no tears or issues, other than the faint age spots in parts. Overall a very nice sleeve with no major issues but a few minor ones as I have tried to outline. Please study the pictures provided to gain as much information as possible to its condition.
It contains both its original plain white poly-lined inners which are in excellent condition. They are strong with no splits, tears or pen marks but both have light creasing and some age related grubbiness/age spots in places.
The record will be packaged in cardboard stiffeners and bubble wrapped thoroughly when dispatched. It will also be sent in a brand new protective plastic sleeve, and within 24hrs of receiving payment to ensure swift delivery.
