This album is sealed, so the record is going to be brand new, untouched, (M) mint... but the jacket, thats a different story. I'm giving it a grade of VG+ (even though I think it's probably much better than a VG+ grade, I just won't unwrap it to find out). I'm grading it VG+ because if you decide to buy it and unwrap it, i'm not issuing a refund. Read more about it below...  
The jacket: I'm hoping the photo's help, 2 of the corners are good. One is a little pushed in and the last sorta bent and pulled little "funky". I obviously won't unwrap it to see, what exactly the deal is. BUT I can tell you that there is a crease on one of the corners. I can also see that it looks like the jacket / cover is a little wavy along the bottom. You might be able to see what i'm talking about in 1 or 2 of the photos (Photo number 6 & 7 are the clearest). To be honest it looks like the the cover ISN'T super thick stock, and it just got a little bent. Basically the best way to describe it is, when I run my hand over the back bottom half of the jacket it's a little wavy.   I'm probably overreacting a little bit on the grade.... I'm only going out of my way to try detail everything, because I won't be issuing a refund if you open it.
