Description
Mega rare original LP of Gene Ammons - The Twister (Prestige 7176 - mono) 1950s yellow and black labels with Bergenfield NJ address, Deep Groove and RVG (Van Gelder) on both sides. One of Ammons' best 1950s LPs also features Jackie McLean, Mal Waldron, Kenny Burrell, Paul Chambers and others in a rare classic that no serious jazz collector can be without.
The LP is in VG+ condition with plenty of marks that will make noise - not for the audiophile, but not actually trashed either - still, you are going to hear noise on this one. The cover is in VG+ condition with some general age/shelf wear and clear tape on the top seam. NO writing, NO stickers, NO stamps. Definitely NOT perfect, but how many of these do you see anymore at any price?
The LP will be carefully packed using professional materials (over twenty years experience safely selling jazz LPs around the world).
