Gene Clark "No Other"
This is an original US vinyl pressing on Asylum 7E-1016 from 1971. This is a white label promo copy. It comes with a mint mini poster ( 11 X 18 ). The lyrics are printed on the inner sleeve. He is back up by Lee Sklar, Butch Trucks, Russ Kunkle, Michael Utley, Joe Lala, Chris Hillman, Jerry McGee, Jesse Ed Davis, and others. Background vocals are by : Ronnie Barron, Cindy Bullens, Claudia Lennear, Venetta Fields, Clydie King, Shirley Matthews, and Tim Schmit. There is a purity in Gene Clark's voice that is hard to explain. A single was released from this album, but it did not chart ( 'Life's Greatest Fool/From A Silver Phial')
Overall Condition is : Cover is M- / Record is M
The cover is Mint minus with no ring wear, no writing , and no seam splits. The corners have minor bumps. The vinyl looks mint and it plays mint. The labels are perfect with no spindle marks. The record comes in a thick custom inner sleeve.
The songs are : Life's Greatest Fool, Silver Raven, No Other, Strength Of Strings, From A Silver Phial, Some Misunderstanding, The True One, and Lady Of The North.

I started collecting records in 1966. I started selling in Goldmine in 1985. I now sell records at all Northwest record conventions : Portland, Seattle, Tacoma, Eugene, Grants Pass, and Canby. And at Crossroads Music in Portland, Oregon. My records are from a no smoking and no pets home.
Packaging :
I take great care on every package and I do each one personally. I will package this record between two pieces of hand cut cardboard. Each piece is 1/2 inch thick, triple strength industrial cardboard. Together they are very strong and unbendable. ( Even the postmen comment on how strong this cardboard is ! ) I always remove the record from the cover and seal them in a clear plastic album sleeve. The package will be marked in red : "Fragile Record" on both sides.
Postage : Weight : 1 pound 5 ounces
You have to pay for the postage. I pre-weigh every record, so that you pay the exact amount the post office changes. There are no handling charges. This record will weigh 21 ounces ( 1 pound, 5 ounces ) when ready to ship. US bidders can figure out your own postage costs for US Priority or Media Mail. All US winners will get shipping through Paypal and an email with the tracking number. Overseas bidders must use First Class Mail International. I will let you know the date I mailed your record and the US customs number. ( Buyers from Italy must assume all risks for shipping to their country. ) I will send your record as soon as you pay ( same day if before 2 PM and next day if after 2 PM : Monday thru Saturday) I will combine shipping if you win more than one record. Please wait for me to send you an invoice for all of your records in one package.
