Gene Sisco with The Ramblin' Ramblers - Grandma Rock and Roll - Dess 7001
Super rare desireable 50's rockabilly from my own backyard here in Ohio on the obscure Dess label out of Wilmington. Vinyl grade on this copy I will put between VG- and VG. Numerous scuffs and light scratches with some gloss still present. Best thing is this plays absolutely superb! No distortion, no hiss, no pops from start to finish. Flip side called Block of Ice You Call a Heart, does have an audible pop from a scratch on the last 20% of the side. Both labels are very clean. I would venture to say that most collectors would not be ashamed to have this one as part of their collection.
