NM sleeve, NM record. 
 
A tiny finger bend on the top of the sleeve is the only thing that prevents me from calling this sleeve mint.  I still think this is about as good a sleeve as you’re going to find.  The record is essentially mint but for fine scratches in the run off groove area that all these Japanese Gen X singles seem to have.  I think the scratches come from the factory because the discs come in soft green sleeves that don’t look like they could scratch. This kind of single is bought for collecting, not playing so there’s no wear from playing.  

I should add don't confuse the separate green disc sleeve with the edge of the pic sleeve.  In the photo I've laid the pic sleeve on top of the green disc sleeve.

GRADING
 
M = Mint.  This grading is only supposed to be used for records that look new and perfect.
NM+ = Near Mint Plus.  New records that didn’t come out of the factory or record store looking perfect but they still look new and show no wear from actual use.   
NM = Near Mint.  Mostly mint but a tiny bit of cover wear or no wear but very minor bending on the cover.  The record’s sound quality is probably as good as a mint record but you will have the kind of light scuffing or fine scratches that can only be seen when viewed under bright light.   
EX = Excellent or VG++.
VG+ = Very Good Plus. Obvious fine scratches or scuffing on the disc but they have little or no effect on sound quality.  Obvious wear on the cover but overall serious collectors would still consider this to be a desirable record cover and disc.
VG = Very Good.  Still plays fine and looks good enough for the average person but maybe not good enough for a picky collector.
 
All records are graded in sunlight so I can get a good look.  For any disc less than NM, I will put it on a turntable and give it a listen to make sure it plays clean.   
 
I’m a strict grader but not insanely strict.  I’m not one of those that believes there’s no such thing as a mint record or that any new record that’s been looked at to verify its condition or played once is no longer mint because it got dust on the record when I touched it and when the record was pushed back into the sleeve the dust supposedly scratched the record. 
 
Ebay reduces the size and quality of my posted photos but I can send better photos to any serious bidder who needs to see them so you can visually inspect the records yourself.  When in doubt, use the photos and always feel free to ask me questions.

For USA, the above rate covers postage for 1-6 7” records or 1 7” record + 1 LP.  For outside USA, the above rates cover postage for 1-3 7” records. 
 
I will ship to anywhere around the world.  If your country or region is not listed above, please contact me for rates.  Remember, if you live in a country or region that has a reputation for slow or unreliable postal service and you do not elect to pay extra for insurance, it is your risk.     
 
All USA packages will be sent via Media Mail.  Media Mail does not include an option for insurance.  If you want an insurance option, you will have to pay an extra $5 for Parcel Post and then an extra $2.30 to insure for $50-100 or an extra $2.85 to insure for $100-200.
 
All international packages will be sent via First Class Mail International Package.  First Class International Mail does not include an option for insurance.  If you want an option for insurance, you will have to pay an extra $11.50-13.25 for First Class International registered mail.  $11.50 will insure up to $100 declared value, $13.25 will insure from $101 to $500 declared value.  The problem with registered mail is your package will take longer to arrive due to the extra security.  Your other option is to ship International Priority Mail but that will add at least $15 to your postage along with $2.30-4.50 for $50-200 worth of insurance.
 
Unless you live in a country with a slow or unreliable postal service, 99% percent of the time, your package will arrive fine and on time.  But remember, I am not responsible for any shipping problems that may occur due to postal error.  Lost or late packages are out of my control.  If you want security or peace of mind, it is your responsibility to pay extra for insurance or registered mail.
 
No returns.  But I will do everything in my power to let you know exactly what you are ordering in advance so as to avoid any unwanted surprises.
 
Sorry I can’t give you cheaper postage rates but I am not a seller who buys mailers in mass quantities and ships a hundred packages every month.  So I don’t qualify for any discounts myself.
 
Records will always be packed in a manner that pays extra attention to record cover corners and record sleeves, the two most vulnerable areas.  I will use 13” mailers to ship 12” records and 12.5” mailers to ship 7” records.  I’ll use 13” pads for LPs, 12.5” pads for 7” records and even bubble wrap if necessary.  If an LP or 7” comes with a picture sleeve, I will always remove the disc and mail it separately in a plain white sleeve to prevent the record from either pressing into the picture sleeve or slicing through the sleeve seam.
