Description
Clean but well-played 1st pressing copy of Genesis’ classic 1971 album on the original ‘pink scroll’ Charisma labels. Matrices are A-1U/B-2U. Not a ‘keeper’ copy but will do fine as a collection filler until that NM example comes along.
Sleeve VG Outside textured. Generally clean and tidy with storage rubbing to all edges and corners, but really not bad at all for its 53 years!
Labels VG+ Very clean, no marks or writing. Some age spots visible at certain angles. Moderate to heavy spindle traces.
Inner VG+ Plain white bag.
Record Visually G+/VG-, still a good shine to the vinyl. Some surface wear, scuffs and hairlines visible in normal light but nothing serious or offensive (more noticeable under a strong light). Fully play-tested and sounds fine for its age and level of use, some background crackle throughout and mild distortion in some places (mainly on ‘Fountain Of Salmacis’). No sticks or jumps on my deck.
(Same UK postage cost for up to 5 LP’s or 12” singles – please add to basket and request a total before paying)
