Description
Original first pressing of this LP complete with the extremely rare red competition inner that was only included with the very first run of this LP. The competition inner is unique to this record with the catalogue number CGS 101 being stamped on the bottom right hand corner (please see pictures). The record has the matrix run off codes 1 A-2U ; 1 B-2U ; 2 A-2U ; 2 B-2U and importantly the labels are with the Marketed By B&C Records credit which came before the later Manufactured and Distributed Credit that is sometimes found on this LP.
Record grading is a difficult science, and I try my best to be accurate. Please study the pictures which I have taken with strong direct flash which will show any flaws etc at their worst. I would say the condition looks better in the flesh than in the pictures.
The outer sleeve is marked Manufactured by Bruin BV indicating an original UK first release. It does show some usual signs of ageing, the most noticeable being some ring wear to the left hand side of the rear (see pictures). The spine is intact. Overall I would say the cover is VG+ The heavy duty thick card inners are in Vg-Ex condition. There is a 1cm overlap at the opening to each inner and this is only present on the original pressings. On later Phonogram releases the opening is level on both edges.

The Record Labels are in Near mint condition with no writing. They vinyl itself is in Vg-Ex condition, with some light surface marks.
