In Coating Gatefold Sleeve with English Lyrics Sheet and Foldout "Family Tree" Sheet.

This Is Sample Copy, So Japanese Word "Sample" are Printed on Both Labels, Small Red Sample Sticker Is on The Sleeve.

Disc are Near MINT, Sleeve is EX-EX Minus (No Bottom Split).
