Description
Selected titles from the private collection of a music business veteran are now being made available for the first time. Titles offered by this Seller are one-owner and came directly from the pressing plant, record company warehouse, other label reps or record store unless otherwise noted.
Grading is based on visual inspection.
Album ships in a 2 MIL poly cover sleeve and 2 MIL poly inner sleeves.
I package records outside the cover to avoid seam splits.
New and vintage vinyl is hard to grade strictly using eBay’s system because the record and the cover are two different components. Therefore, I call a record new and mint if it is opened but has never been played. I use the grading category to describe the cover condition.- Here's a really unique pairing: An original, First Pressing of George's magnum opus "All Things Must Pass" box set and a 2001 CD "All Things Must Pass: A Conversation with George Harrison".
- The conversation was recorded on February 15, 2001. George passed away on November 29, 2001. This is one of his last interviews.
- The three LP box set includes a 24"x 36" poster. It had never been unfolded until I took the photo for this listing.
- The records have never been played.
- This package includes a 36x24 poster of George and each inner sleeve is on heavy textured paper and each is a different color with lyrics and credits. Record 1 is Lilac, Record 2 is Tawny and Record 3 is Mustard.
- I have included soft poly inner sleeves.
- The heavy board clam shell box has tight seams, a stiff spine and shows very slight storage wear.
- This is a one-owner that the Seller got new in his record store in 1970. It has been in storage for 50 years.
- The interview CD was a Capitol Records Promotion Only item that was a very Limited Edition. The Seller got it new from Capitol in 2001. It has been in storage for 19 years.
