Original UK Apple label stereo 1st press box set.

All Things Must Pass introduced Harrison's signature slide guitar sound and the spiritual themes present throughout his subsequent solo work. The original vinyl release consisted of two LP's of songs and a third disc of informal jams titled Apple Jam. Several commentators interpret Barry Feinstein's album cover photo, showing Harrison surrounded by four garden gnomes, as a statement on his independence from the Beatles.
This is the very first press with the wide spine UK printed box, USA lyric inners and UK poster and all parts are in great condition!   The UK wide spine box sleeve is intact & in EX condition, with some very light rubbing on the corners of the outer cover and very slight foxing/bobbling on the front cover. The spine is intact and fully readable. The poster is intact, with some light foxing and in EX condition and the three lyric inners have small edge splits which have been carefully repaired and in are in EX condition.   The records are in visually in EX+ condition, with one or two very faint sleeve removal hairlines on sides 1 & 2, a couple of hairlines & one or two light needle scuffs on sides 3 & 4 and one or two faint hairlines on sides 5 & 6 visible on each record. The labels are in EX+ condition, clean & bright with evidence of a couple of faint spindle markings on each side.   The sound reproduction is EX+, clear & precise throughout with definately no skips, sticks or jumps, but there is some brief background noise during the run in grooves, overall a clean, loud and clear listen which plays really well!   The matrix nos. are;
YEX-817-1U stamper 2-TP, YEX-818-1U stamper 2-LH, YEX-819-1U stamper 1-GDP, YEX-820-1U stamper 2-PM, YEX-821-1U stamper 3-PD, YEX-822-1U stamper 1-LT. This is one of the early pressings of the original 1970 UK stereo 1st issue of this album!
  All records are checked on an Acoustic Research deck before being listed and any flaws noted in the listing, so if you have any problems with the record please contact me for a full refund of original price & postage on return of the record (no partial refunds), no quibbles, no problems!   All grades are those used in the Record Collector Guide.
  All lp's are sent in cardboard record mailers with plastic covers and cardboard stiffeners to protect the LP's!!   UK Signed For Postage is £4.50 for the first LP & is the same for up to four single LP's or two double LP's or more up to 2kg.
