Original very early 1st pressing of George Harrison’s 3rd studio album “All Things Must Pass” released as a 3 LP box set in November, 1970. Rare 1st print textured black box variation with the “Printed in U.S.A.” credit at the bottom right corner of the front cover. When you set a goal of finding the 1st pressing of this album all you have to do is to locate the “APPLE” credit before the “STCH-639” catalog number as seen on this copy. I assure you it will be very hard to find a copy like this. And by this, I mean not only the 1st print box variation but also an incredibly rare hype sticker variation affixed to the shrink wrap at the top right corner of this copy’s front cover. The sticker measuring 3" x 4¾" contains a misprint indicating “Verson One” inside the parentheses next to “Isn’t It A Pity”, the fourth track on Side 1. Besides the track listing, the Apple Records sticker indicates the presence of “2 George Harrison LPs Plus 1 Apple Jam Session” as well as a “full color poster” inside. The only thing left to add would be the fact that the giant poster contains a portrait photo of George Harrison nearly in silhouette measuring 24” x 36” and has the “Printed in U.S.A.” credit and “STCH-693” catalog number at the bottom right corner. It’s guaranteed that inside you will find the vinyl containing the 1st print labels with Side 1 showing the credit for the “I’d Have You Anytime” as “G. Harrison”, whereas almost all later pressing copies have the corrected credit that includes Bob Dylan as co-author, as well as the Side 3 label indicating the “Awaiting On You All” track as “Awaiting on You” (The label of the subsequent pressing has the corrected title). For those who aren’t familiar with this issue it would be important to know that the 1st issue contains 3 different color custom inner sleeves without the publishing credits for all the songs which are present on the inner sleeves of the later pressing. This album was released not only in the LP format, but also on the cassette. As a bonus we’ve included one of the 1st Apple / Capitol Records 2 cassette 4XWB-639 box set issue with the red Apple Records logo on the outer cardboard box / inserts and Capitol Records logo on the cassettes.

The factory sealed box set is in fantastic Mint condition. The shrink wrap doesn't have any splits, tears or missing pieces and is fully intact. The 2 cassette box set is in stunning vintage condition with the outer box only having some very light age shelf wear.
