George Szell - Beethoven Symphony 1 & 2 - Columbia SAX 2565
Vinyl condition EX- Side 1 has a mark through 1st and 2nd movement (see picture 5), which makes a light tick now and then

Record plays with minor ticks here and there and occasional light crackle


Sleeve condition

Some minor crinkling to laminate (see picture 2)

Otherwise generally excellent condition 
Everything is conservatively graded to Goldmine standards, visually and play graded in the case of vinyl records, so you can get as accurate a picture of item condition as possible
