Superb British 1st release.
The film (1968, dir. Kevin Billington) starred Oskar Werner, Barbara Ferris, Virginia Maskell, Donald Sutherland, John Cleese and Derek Jacobi.
Condition
VINYL: VG+. Looks superbly clean on visual inspection. No marks, scuffs or hairlines on either side. Played just pre-listing and sound clarity is decent throughout. Some mild surface noise/crackling at run-ins and during quieter cues/fadeouts. The odd click and pop but main title vocal sounds fantastic. Plays with no skipping, jumping or sticking. Overall, an enjoyable listen to this overlooked Georges Delerue score. OUTER SLEEVE/COVER: VG+. Colours clear and unfaded on superb laminated front sleeve. Edges, corners, aperture and spine in great shape though spine has dent towards bottom. A few diagonal creases on front, mild delamination and light disc ring. Back of sleeve clean and flipover intact. Discolouration around edges but no other obvious defects. A decent example. INNER SLEEVE: VG. Off-white paper sleeve with square corners and centre hole. Minor crinkling and folding but no rips. Intact.
