this is a record from a collection I bought that was stored in a very nice clean house/non smoking pet free environment and the records are all quite clean and stored in plastic sleeves like the previous owner enjoyed taking care of them

VG++ vinyl / VG+ cover
record looks very clean like it was cared for, a few light marks which may or may not affect play cover is nice has some wear to front, back, & mostly to the edges & corners, small sample copy sticker on back, small tear at back top right
